As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the home inspection. David made this experience the easiest part of the entire buying process. He went over everything on site when we got there, walked around with us, and his report after was very detailed and easy to follow. Was able to do a home and termite inspection within one day of request. Inspection itself was very thorough. Pictures of every thing even the smallest of flaws he found it. The value is great because you know what you are getting….a great thorough inspection. Much more than your basic bank house inspection. Very friendly as well and went over everything in detail so we understood what we were buying. Highly highly recommend!
